Welcome to the BFM recruitment section. This is the first step in becoming a member of our clan.

Becoming a recruit in BFM is taking your first step into becoming an integral part of Halo痴 largest and most successful community. For many years BFM has been home to friends enjoying everything that halo and race has to offer in an environment everyone can enjoy. Our goal is to provide a place where everyone is treated with the utmost respect and integrity.

As a recruit you will be helping us carry on our mission statement. We try very hard to keep BFM servers open to all ages so any family can play together or any parent can feel safe with their children playing on our servers.

Becoming a BFM recruit and later a full member does bare important responsibilities. You are trusted to aide in keeping races moving and to keep them clean and family friendly. The vital role our members play in maintaining the level of quality of our servers at the best Halo has to offer is fundamental to our success. Conserving such a race environment for friends and family on a regular basis is very rewarding and appreciated by all of our guests who choose to race with us.

The BFM family is so much more than most people realize. We have members from all over the globe that are able to communicate while racing for free on our Ventrilo server. You will learn racing skills, strategies and techniques from some of the best racers that Halo has to offer. You will also have the opportunity to put your skills to the test in our nightly scrimmages, and if you so choose you may join a Captain痴 Clan Scrim Team for a full competitive season.

These scrims are very competitive and give you an adrenaline rush just like any competitive sport. You will find these scrims to be some of the best race scrimmages you will ever play in. Our scrims give new angles and excitement to the game, but mostly you get a family. We will be there when you need us. If you just need someone to talk to or maybe even a little help from time to time we are there. You won稚 have to worry about any profanity on our Ventrilo when you join. If you池e under 18 you can even have your parents listen in at any time and they will see our very strict policy of family friendly policies at BFM. This is one of our most fundamental values and something that has never changed at BFM.

Becoming a BFM member is a five step process that will take two months. This time line is flexible and may be more or less depending on recommendations made by our members and the individual. This goal of this process is to ensure we only recruit persons of good character to maintain our high standards and fantastic community.

1. You request to be recruited via our Online Form.
2. BFM Members monitor you for a period of two months and report on your progress.
3. At about the one month mark if you are assessed as being of good character and a good fit with BFM, then you will be granted Ventrilo access.
4. BFM Members monitor you for a further one month and report on your progress.
5. At about the two month mark your application is reviewed by the recruitment officers and we decide whether you fit the mould.

You will be notifed at each step in the process of your progress. If the vote goes in your favour at the end of the two months you will be entrusted to the care of our trainers. In time, they will make their recommendations to the senior officers as to if you will be promoted to a full BFM_ member.
